Mr. Sam K. S. Leung is the leading principal of Peak Lawyers Pty Ltd (Sam). Sam was born in Hong Kong, a British subject and now an Australian Citizen.
Sam called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn, the Head of the Chancellery of the Oldest Court of England and Wales.
Sam has developed his skilled career as a practicing Barrister in London, England and Hong Kong and has been practising as a qualified Solicitor in Victoria and Queensland.
Sam has a background involved with business, he has formerly served as a manager of the Hang Seng Bank Ltd of Hong Kong and as a Chief Legal Advisor for New World Development Pty Ltd of Hong Kong. Whilst serving for New World Development, Sam had travelled extensively, seeking and negotiating joint venture projects including Casino projects across Auckland, New Zealand and Cairns, Queensland.
Before China became an industrial super power, Sam was a partner and a joint Chairman of Powerhouse Electricity Generation Pty Ltd, joint venture of Hong Kong and USA entrepreneurial groups erecting and operating small and medium sized electricity power stations in the province of Guangdong in China which is now an obsolete heavy oil for fuel.
Sam is currently holding a practising certificate as a Solicitor in Queensland, a registered Migrant Agent No.0962621 and an Australian Government Authorized Lobbyist serving clienteles from Australia and across the globe.
